Price includes balloon, helium and Ultra Hi-float. 11 inch. Unless otherwise specified, Designer will choose colors that go best in the bouquet with your other balloon choices. These may include: Rose, Robin's Egg Blue, Standard Red, Standard Orange, Lime Green, Standard Yellow, Standard Dark Blue, Wild Berry, Purple Violet.
WHY ULTRA HI-FLOAT: The float time of a helium filled 11 inch latex balloon is 12 to 18 hours. Treatment with Ultra Hi-float will increase the float time up to 25 times indoors (3 to 10 days, depending on environment).
