POLICIES FOR BOUQUET DELIVERY & ONLINE BOUQUET ORDERING

• DO NOT ORDER ONLINE IF YOU ARE PLACING A SAME DAY ORDER. CALL IN TO OUR ORDER DESK, so that we can insure its timely arrival.
• SUBSTITUTION   Depending on availability, we may substitute Latex patterns and colors which will not substantially change the theme of the bouquet.  If you would like to request a substitution in a rearranged bouquet, call your order in, rather than ordering online.
• PREFERRED TIME SLOT   The majority of customers choose the 10-12 time slot.  While we will try to accommodate everyone's preference, we reserve the right to move your delivery to a later time depending on orders received prior to yours, efficiency of route, weather and traffic conditions, etc.  IF YOUR BOUQUET MUST ARRIVE BY A CERTAIN TIME (i.e., the recipient is leaving work early, etc.) CALL IT IN RATHER THAN PLACING IT ONLINE. 
• REFUND POLICY - WE GUARANTY OUR PRODUCT  We will gladly replace any product that has been found to be defective.  No refunds on balloons, balloon products, helium or accessories.

POLICIES REGARDING DECORATING SERVICES

• PAYMENT  For jobs scheduled more than 14 days prior to your event, full payment or a 50% deposit with balance due 14 days prior, is required to hold your date and time.  For jobs scheduled within 14 days prior to your event, full payment is required to hold your date and time.
• CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Scheduling your job will cause us to schedule Crew, prepare materials and refuse other Decorating jobs for that date and time.  Therefore, if it is necessary for you to cancel within 48 hours of your event, your payment is non-refundable.  From 14 to 7 days prior to your event, we will refund your balance less any materials, costs for prep and other fees.  From 7 days to 48 hours, we will refund 50% of the balance.

POLICIES REGARDING HELIUM, LATEX, MICROFOIL AND TANK USAGE

• WARNING  Inhaling helium, by any means, is dangerous and may cause injury or death.  Especially NEVER inhale helium directly from a helium tank. 
• WARNING  Latex may be a choking hazard to young children.
• WARNING  NEVER release Microfoil (A.K.A. Foils and Mylar) balloons into the air, as they are hazardous to electrical transformers.
• M & M BALLOON CO. is not responsible or liable for any damages or injuries to persons and/or property arising from customer's use of helium, latex, Microfoil or tanks.
• Customer is responsible for damages or loss of any rental equipment. 
• REFUND POLICY - No refund for unused helium
